2. Products, Variations & Orders
- Availability: All products (cards, prints, and wall art) are subject to availability.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.
- Handcrafted Nature & On-Screen Colours: We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, because our items are handcrafted, slight variations may occur (which we think adds to their unique charm!). Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your specific screen will perfectly match the physical product.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We securely accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Same-Day Dispatch
- Dispatch Times: We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 11:00am (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class is completely FREE. If you choose to upgrade to 1st Class or a tracked service, the extra fee will be calculated and clearly shown at checkout.
- Delays & Risk: While we do everything we can to get your items out on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal carriers. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you once we hand the package over to the carrier. (However, if an item is lost or damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy!).
5. Personalised & Custom Items
- Some of our designs offer customisation, which will be clearly stated in the specific product listing.
- Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any text, names, or custom details you provide are spelt correctly. We print exactly what you write, so please double-check your personalisation before checking out!
- Returns on Custom Work: Because personalised items are created uniquely for you, they are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or with an error made on our part.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- For non-personalised items, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
