Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order? Browse our quirky collection, add your favourite cards and wall art to your cart, and head to checkout! You’ll just need to pop in your shipping and payment details.
What payment methods do you accept? All the usual suspects: major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
How much does shipping cost? Great news—standard shipping is absolutely FREE! We send our free shipping orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Need it in a hurry? You can upgrade to 1st Class at checkout for a teeny extra fee.
When will my order ship and arrive? We’re speedy! If you place your order before 11am, we will dispatch it the exact same day. Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes 2-3 working days, while 1st Class should pop through your letterbox in 1-2 working days.
Can I track my order? Standard Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class isn’t fully tracked, but if you upgrade to a tracked delivery option at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We happily accept returns within 30 days! Just make sure your cards or prints are in their original, pristine condition. Quick note: Because they are made just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How do I initiate a return? Drop us a friendly email at support@theeweniqueboutique.com, and we’ll get that sorted for you.
Can I exchange an item? Changed your mind on a design? We can absolutely do exchanges on non-personalised items. Just give our customer support team a shout!
Products & Sizing
What sizes are your cards and wall art? We list the exact dimensions (like A5, A4, or 5×7″) on every product page. If you’re trying to fit a specific frame and aren’t quite sure, feel free to contact us for a hand!
What if a design I want is out of stock? We restock our popular prints and cards regularly. You can sign up for notifications on the product page to be the first to know when it’s back.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes! If you want a print or card sent directly to the lucky recipient looking gorgeous, select our gift wrapping option at checkout for a small extra fee.
Personalisation
Can I personalise my items? Absolutely! We love adding a special touch. If an item can be customised, you’ll see a “Personalise” option right there on the product page.
What types of personalisation are available? From custom names to printing your own message inside a card, the options vary by design. Check the item description to see exactly what magic we can work on that specific product!
How much does personalisation cost? Any costs for customisation are clearly displayed on the product page before you buy—no sneaky surprises.
Will personalising my item delay my order? Nope! Even with custom text, if you get your order in before 11am, it still leaves the studio that very same day.
